TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S.)
By ordering a commission you are agreeing to the following:I currently only accept payment through Paypal invoice. All prices listed are in USD. Bundle pricing is available, contact me for more details. Payment plans can be discussed on orders of $400 USD or higher.The prices listed are for personal use only. (ex: printing for yourself to fill wall art, schedule images, decorating web spaces, etc.) Commercial pricing is available for +200% of the price listed. Commercial rights can be purchased at a later date. Commercial fees would need to be paid if you plan to use to the artwork with intent to redistribute. (ex: you're using the artwork to sell merchandise such as stickers, phone charms, shirt designs, etc.)Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks, but may take up to 8 weeks. Live 2D models will have a longer turnaround time of 6-8 weeks, depending on detail. Rush order is available for a +50% fee. If there is a specific deadline that needs met, please tell me upfront or I cannot guarantee that the deadline will be met.I do not issue refunds on products that have been 100% completed and received by the client. If a commission is not started and you would like a refund, please contact me directly. I only issue partial refunds if I have started on your commission already.You agree not to remove or alter the watermark/signature. You may not use or redistribute the work in progress images of the artwork without permission.I have permission to use your commission piece as examples for future commissions and promotional showcases. If this is not something you agree to, please let me know prior to payment. I can work with NDA or private commissions as well. (ex: not posting until a VTuber debut)Commissions are not accepted on a First-Come First-Serve basis, I have the right to turn down your commission for any reason.You agree not to mint or sell the artwork I produce as NFT or feed into an AI algorithm (ex: to finish the WIP shared or to reproduce my style). Do NOT use my art in any blockchain-related or AI technology. This includes NFTs, Cryptocurrency, and AI Art.
